Radiant InnovaTech was founded at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) in Tarkwa — Ghana's engineering centre. The founding insight was direct: mining companies, rural banks, academic institutions, and law firms in the Western Region were all operating critical systems with minimal real-time visibility into what those systems were doing.
Downtime was diagnosed after the fact. Security incidents were discovered too late. Maintenance was reactive. The pattern was the same across industries — organizations were flying blind through their own infrastructure.

Samuel founded Radiant InnovaTech at UMaT, Tarkwa, combining a background in cybersecurity and systems engineering with firsthand understanding of Ghana's industrial sector challenges. He leads product development, client engineering, and strategic direction.
